Welcome to your Volta Coach Training™ portal. Over the course of the program, we’ll be focusing on developing critical coaching skills, ensuring that you have the confidence and ability to begin coaching right away. As a reminder of our intended learning objectives, by the end of the program, you will:
be able to effectively engage in coaching conversations with lawyers (and others);
understand and have facility with the core competencies of effective coaching, including creating trust, listening actively, evoking awareness, asking powerful questions, designing actions and planning and goal setting;
be able to navigate the potential pitfalls of coaching lawyers from within a law firm; and
understand the ethics of coaching.
This portal is designed to support you throughout this program and includes the coursework and resources we’ve developed to equip you with the skills to coach lawyers.
